This hotel is great, and has everything I need, great wi-fi, 24-hour reception, tv, and a cozy bar/lounge area. During my first stay, the staff helped me find my lost item, which I remember. I highly recommend it for a comfortable experience!

Spacious and modern lobby, well-stocked hotel bar, proximity to metro and tram services
Rooms could use more storage space!!! Absence of in-room coffee-making facilities is disappointing!!!

Possibly the best and NICE stay for a business trip. Quick check-in, spotless and airy rooms with baths, a comfortable bed and good lighting. Satisfactory selection for breakfast with fabulous warm Danish pastries and a bakery, as for instance.

missingWrote a review on 31 Jullimited space
The Queen Room felt cramped for two adults. Breakfast can be chaotic due to the limited dining space and variety. It sometimes gets really busy, leaving guests scrambling for tables. My room showed signs of poor cleaning, with leftover hair found on various surfaces after check-in, which left a lot to be desired in terms of cleanliness.

The Double Room was nice, minimalist, and clean. The bed was comfy, great for resting after a day of exploring. It lacked a kettle, coffee or a fridge, though. The bathroom was small but had good water pressure. The TV had some English channels, a plus. Just kind of basic overall, nothing too fancy, but it worked for me.

Great location with a charming atmosphere
The hotel is superbly located just steps from major attractions like the Opera House. The lobby and bar area have fine decor that enhances the overall experience, and I enjoyed the well-stocked bar with a fantastic gin selection. The room felt a bit compact and could have benefited from additional amenities like a mini fridge.

The hotel boasts a fantastic central location with quick access to the metro and main attractions. The ambiance is lively, and the breakfast is quite decent. The room was a bit small and customer service at the front desk could use improvement.
